No active subscription?

Woke up this morning to no broadband. Bill had been paid. Went onto my sky app to check if there are any problems in the area and it comes up saying your broadband is not with us. I am so confused

@GT387 it sounds as though your broadband service may have been cancelled. Best to give Sky a call to see what's going on. If they reinstate your service it will take around 10 days for your line/broadband to be provisioned.
