Hey! When I log on to my sky account and go to product settings, it says I have no active services. This isn't the case as I have been using broadband with no issues for the last few months. Lots of other areas of my sky account don't seem to work either. What can I do to fix this?

This might be a long shot but if you can make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:

It sounds like you need to link your Sky account number and your Sky ID. See Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-link-new-choose
Thanks! I followed the guide you recommended, and after entering my postcode and title and surname, I got a 'there was an unexpected error' page. Do you have any other guides to help with that?
