No Refund after being wrongly resubscribed

A strange story, but one nonetheless. I recieved an email from sky in early September claiming i'd resubscribed and I was going to be billed on the 27th September. This is after I left Sky back in May! And hadnt been billed anything since. I contacted Sky and was told that this was an error on their behalf and had been caused by a 'Glitch in the system'. I was informed that this had been resolved and the 'Phantom Account' had been cancelled.

27th September rolled around and low and behold and Sky take £52 from my account!

Back on the phone to Sky customer services to get told this shouldnt have happened and a refund would be issued on the 27th October. I dont think this is good enough as this is money they had no right to take from me and i demanded a refund. I was told this would be arranged in 3-4 Working Days. 5 Days passed, no money was returned so I was back onto Sky customer services again. Got told that no refund had been issued and the gentleman I spoke to would make sure this was done. He took my account numnber/sort code and informed me this would be returned in no longer than 72 hours.

Here we are, on day 4 and still, no refund in sight.

I thought i'd post here first to see if any advice could be given before I spend another 30 mins+ on customer services wasting my time?

Thank you for any help.
