No £60 voucher

Hello all, 

"Once your purchase has been verified by Sky Broadband you will receive your £60 Voucher within 120 days."

 

I haven't received it. Do I have to do something on line?

Sorry I forgot to say I received my first bill on 20/2/25

Yes I forgot about that, having to wait for 120 days. It's been 196 days now.

How did you to sign up to Sky Broadband as it will be whoever it was that you will need to contact about this.
