Next month bill is to high
After I laid what bill debt and late payment fee I owed to reinstate my WiFi, broadband and sky TV and to also unblock my account to get it up and running again. How come my bill for next months payment is alot higher at twice double the bill payment usually is??? There is no way I can afford to pay nearly £350 because Sky have added on 2 lots of extras of what I already have and am paying for..... One of the extras is for 30days and the other is for 2 days, which are both added on to every subscription, broadband and WiFi I already pay for. Would appreciate it if someone would kindly explain to me about this and if there is a way by calling them and complaining about the price, added on extras and not being happy with it if I'll be able to remove the extras and lower the monthly bill charge? Thanks in advance

@Sabrina_89 I'm afraid with no access to your payment history, account details and bills, there's no way we customers here can explain what has happened. Best to give Sky a call.
