Next bill refund not showing

Hi ,

 

I was told on the 19th of January over the phone with sky I would receive £75 off Febs bill due to an overpayment. Febs bill is still showing the normal price in the my sky app and is now due in 8 days, is this normal or should the app have adjusted the bill by now, do I need to call sky back.

As it hasn't appeared as a credit (which is what should happen) all you can do is to call again to speak to them about this, give them the date and time you spoke to this lady about this.

Is the credit showing on your account for the March bill maybe?

Let's go back to the overpayment, how did this happen so did you make a manual payment and it was also taken by Sky ?

I signed up for 2 months free sky sports and movies on set up in November, I got December free the was charged for 1 month and 22 days in January, when I called the lady offered me a refund of 75 pound and I elected it to come off the next bill rather than go on my card.
