New user - restricted page message

Hello

I just signed up to Sky Broadband. I am trying to view my billing details but I get a message indicating it is a restricted page and in the URL it states unauthorised. Who can help me deal with this issue ? Thanks. Mark

If your broadband hasn't been activated yet you might not be able to view the billing page just yet, not only that there wouldn't a bill to view just yet due to you currently having no active service.

Hi. Thanks for the prompt update. My broadband is active, I am able to view stuff online. So do I still have an issue ? Thanks Mark

Oh. when Isay view stuff online I mean films/boxsets not my Sky bill !! 🙂
