New to sky

Ive just signed up to sky. Im currenty with Bt for TV and Broard band, do i need to inform bt im leaving?

Switching broadband between Sky and BT, should lead to the automatic cancellation of the broadband as both are provided via the Openreach infrastructure.

For any TV services, you would need to cancel with your current provider.

Sky will cancel your BT broadband service in accordance with switching requirements,  but not your BT Tv service. You'll need to cancel that yourself with BT.
