New sky glass account cancelled by sky?

We visited Curry's on New Years Day and ordered/set up an account with them for Sky Glass, it was due to be installed on Saturday 4th Jan but received an email yesterday afternoon saying the order has been cancelled, we haven't cancelled it, can't log in on the account number that Sky gave us in an email and unable to get hold of anyone about this, can't log anyone help?

@Jules2510  If you purchased it on a credit agreement it is possible you've failed this and the prder is cancelled.

 

You can call Sky to ask but they won't be able to tell you why the credit check failed.

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We did all the paperwork in the shop and got emails to say all was good with credit check, we're issued an account number and given the installation date

I agree with the explanation provided by @GD1 Perhaps you failed the enhanced credit check. The banks were shut on NYD when you ordered therefore delaying the process.
