I am currently account holder. To get a deal for a new customer can I cancel my account and let my husband join as a new customer?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can only cancel if you are not in a contract at present and you would need to give the required notice of 31 days for the TV and 14 days for Broadband and Talk.
You would then have to return any Sky equipment you have so it would be easier for you to phone up to see if Sky will offer you a discount and if they do you would need to make up your mind there and then as the same offer will not be available should you call back on a different date. The new offer will also come with a new 18 month contract.
