New sky and broadband bill

Hello, I've   just seen my new bill  and cannot afford to keep this as I'm a pensioner  and widower  on a low income, can you reduce this new bill of £79.93  a month, I was paying £58.50 which I could just afford, i do rely on my sky TV and broadband as I'm physically disabled and don't leave the house, could you please help to reduce the monthly payment.

@Macaoh
You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

It sounds like discounts may have recently expired or be ending soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If your discounts have ended the best deals are normally acquired by calling Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

You mentioned a disability so it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these three links:~

For broadband, you might want to investigate the social tariff:
