New sky Account with existing email address

Hi All.

I had a sky account for 10+ years but moved house and had to cancel while in temporary accomodation for 6 months.  

I have since signed up to a new contract in my new address using my previous email (as it is still my current) but with a new account (previous account was in my ex-partners name) but i cant set up "my sky" etc because its showing the old account linked to this email.

Can anyone help?

@Drummachine If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first

if you no longer can't access the old account for whatever reason the only option is to use a different  email (you can get free email accounts from the likes of gmail etc)
