Hi All.
I had a sky account for 10+ years but moved house and had to cancel while in temporary accomodation for 6 months.
I have since signed up to a new contract in my new address using my previous email (as it is still my current) but with a new account (previous account was in my ex-partners name) but i cant set up "my sky" etc because its showing the old account linked to this email.
Can anyone help?

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first

if you no longer can't access the old account for whatever reason the only option is to use a different email (you can get free email accounts from the likes of gmail etc)
