New offers not showing on account

I recently accepted a new offer for a 24 month contract, but my future bills are not for the agreed amount and some products are still showing as running out on 24th June. I spoke to an agent at Sky who said the offers have been applied and would take 5-7 working days to show on my account.

 

It's usually far quicker than this. Is the agent right or do I need to contact them again to get my account showing the correct bills?

When did you speak I them about this and when were the new prices due to start ?

The original call was Thursday night, the new price officially was from July. I've spoken to Sky again and they have escalated things so are looking into it.
