New customer
Hi,
im trying to purchase the package online for Sky Glass + Broadband for a new property im moving in on the 22nd of November but its not letting me do it on the website

And what is happening when you try to place the order, if you are getting an error what does it say ?

"unfortunately, we can't complete your order online" then says a number for assistance which i called, they Directed me to this site Discussions

Im afraid we are just customers here so can't get the order placed so you will have to try again to place it online, make sure you are signed out of here when trying again.
If it still throws up the same error then all you can do is to call and when the bot asks about you call see if you can get past it by saying nothing.
