New customer

I am a new customer my account goes life on the 19th May 

I want to know if I get to keep my old Internet untill this is live as can't be without

If you are signing up to Sky Broadband then your current line should remain live until Sky take it over on the 19th May.

If you've switched to Sky your current Internet service woth your existing provider should remain active until the switch takes place on 19 May.
