New customer reward email

I am trying to claim my new customer reward voucher but the email with the code on has not come .  I did this 2 weeks ago. 
any help how I get this email could be appreciated as im going round and round with no luck

Do you mean the Refer A Friend reward?

If so you should receive your reward via email, 45 days after you joined and paid the first bill.

If it's longer than that contact Sky via email at referafriend@sky.uk

no not refer a friend .  

it was a voucher for being a new customer and I clicked on the email to claim which informed me an email has been sent with a voucher code on .  This is the email I haven't received

Have you checked your email accounts junk, trash, bin or spam folders for this email ?
