New customer getting calls

I'm a new customer and once a day sky have been calling me and unfortunately I'm either working or I'm currently abroad so missed the call.  Is this an important call?

No idea, I'm afraid. If you've placed a new order which hasn't been fulfilled yet, it may be about that. Or perhaps a marketing call.
