Hi,
I signed up almost two weeks ago, due to go live on 2 February. But have only received one email saying "you'll soon have Sky Broadband powering your home" but no details, e.g. account number! Ive logged into mysky and it doesnt have any of my orders in there neither, is this normal?! The £5 deposit has been taken from my account, so i think the order went through ok.
