New costs too high
I have been a customer for about 20 years. Both my wife and I are pensioners and cannot afford the new monthly costs we have been given. Can these be reduced please?

Re: New costs too high
@William102
Unless you’ve changed your subscription, prices go up for either the annual price increase (April in the UK) or when your discounts are ending.
If you're not in a minimum term discounted deal the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
