New contract

Recently renewed contact and signed up for Netflix for 2 years , advisor stated this would become active within 1 week,  has this service been provided and if so how does it appear on sky TV screen

@Johnyoung you need to link your Sky and Netflix accounts together following the steps in this guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
