You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

https://www.sky.com/help

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

Its worth noting that if you are still using 3 other pucks, there will be no bearing on your bill as you will still need the Whole Home pack

Don't return anything: as @MarkGoldsmith indicates it won't reduce your bill, and hardware sent back that way is very likely to get lost within the Sky logistics system which would result in a penalty fee if you ever decide to leave the contract entirely.

The Whole Home subscription supplement costs the same whether it covers one or five additional pucks.
