New contract and Sky Mobile

After some advice please after having a nightmare last year when agreed to renew and then the price agreed wasn't honoured and waivers to admin fees etc not fully applied.

 

Rang up today regarding changes to my future bills with increases after April 1st and the fact that some discounts applied when initially renewed last May were due to expire within the next three months so overall an increase of over 10% to bill and threatened to cancel. Sky operative managed to reduce that back down to similar currently paying by taking out new 24 months contract.  He then said that they will also include a 10gb sim in too and although it's meant to be £5 a month effectively will be free as the total price is be paying with or without this would be the same. He also guaranteed me that I wouldn't have to pay the admin fee for new contract. The emails I have had so far have confirmed the sky mobile contract and a charge of £5 per month! In the email confirming my Sky offer it only confirms changes to certain elements that he has applied further discounts too and doesn't breakdown my whole sky package so I can see in writing what my final price per month is! On the app, the future bills are all over the place at the moment and none are at the agreed price but I can see some offers now extend to Feb 2028 with others still expiring before that even though he told me that wouldn't be the case...and of course the admin fee appears still on there. I only took out the free sim so can use it with my son- when should they appear on the sky bill? Anyone else had a similar offer and then found this was just charged separately as I will just cancel this if not but it doesn't show up anywhere on any of the future bills on the app.
