New contract I didn’t ask for

So I went into a new contract with broadband and phone line, I mad it clear I longer wanted Sky Stream and wasn't renewing that. They also said I would need to speak to a different department for sky stream. 

However I have just noticed they have put me on a new 24 month contract without my permission, is this allowed?

Did you actually give them your 31 days notice to cancel Sky Stream ?

As the contract has finished it was a rolling contract, the said the broadband and to are separate and I needed to speak to a different department. So I'm not sure why they renewed the contract I didn't ask them too

In that case did you speak to them to actually say you wanted to give notice to cancel because if you didn't then it will not be cancelled. Not sure where this new contract fits in because they should have acted upon your cancellation request if you actually gave it to them.

I'm not sure you are understanding what I am saying.

 

I renewed my BROADBAND I said I did not want to renew my TV PACKAGE, the guy on the phone said I would need to speak to a different department to speak about my TV PACKAGE but instead he has renewed my TV and BROADBAND. if he could not help me with my TV package how comes he was able to renew it?
