New bill higher than quoted
Went through much difficulty in trying to reduce my new contract. Eventually managed to come to agreement for £72.50 a month. With the loss of Sky Cinema. However checked my account payments today and it is now £75.50. Absolute lack of consistency not to mention honesty. Will be shopping around in the future. Not good enough for a Sky VIP Customer of 25 years.

@edgar57 If you check your bill you should see it's likely to cover 2 periods due to a change in packaging, have you checked your bills?

Re: New bill higher than quoted
When did you come to a agreement with Sky over this because if it was within the last 14 days then it is to late for it to be shown on your latest bill as our bills are created 14 days ago so any changes should be shown on the following bill but back dated to the date it was added to your account.
