Then call Sky to cancel or negotiate.  (Assuming you're not currently in a minimum term)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Any offers given when you call Sky have to be taken at the time as they might not be available should you call back later and will come with a new 24 month contract.
