New agreed TV contract not showing on account only broadband contract
My new TV contract isn't showing under my account details. My current contract ends on 10 December. The broadband contract has been updated but not TV which is still showing the old contract end date. My future bills have not been updated. I haven't received an email confirming new contract for TV either only for broadband.

Re: New agreed TV contract not showing on account only broadband contract
Was it today you spoke to Sky about this because if it is you do need to give a little while for the future bills to be updated. If it has been a week or so since you spoke to Sky you might want to chase them up about this.

Re: New agreed TV contract not showing on account only broadband contract
I spoke to Sky on Wednesday. It's just a little odd also that I haven't received confirmation via email about the renewal of my TV contract just for the broadband renewal. I was advised it could take 24 hours for the change on costs to show on future bills so it has been longer than that. I will contact Sky again new week if the changes do not show.
