New account and can't access my sky app.

So i signed up for sky tv a couple months ago. On the day in the store the agent tried to set up the my sky app but when entering the eircode to find my account, when clicking the blue continue button, it turns grey for a moment and then back to blue and the screen will not proceed.

 

I've been back & fourth with the sky messaging service who have had me go from mobile browser to chrome to desktop, they've unlinked my email address and had me try again and nothing is working no matter what they try. 

 

When on my sky account page, the only information that comes up in my account is my name and email address, my billing section is blank and it says the page is restricted.

 

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
