New Subscription

My current deals have now come to an end. How do I renew without being stuck on a phone? I have a speech impediment so feel uncomfortable speaking out. Thankyou

You could register with Sky's Accessibility team, who offer additional means of contact for registered customers: https://skyaccessibility.sky/

I've just renegotiated my contract over the chat system.  Dead easy...
