New Order

New customer and recently placed an order for TV & Broadband. Received email confirming the order, then received second email confirming the order has been cancelled despite the original order still showing on my account?

Can I ask which TV service you ordered? Was it Glass?

Glass is a TV platform where a credit check takes place which I thought you may have failed.
