New Contract

Hi

I have just renewed my contract.  This was the basis.

When I go into future bills, there is £41 for broadband and £17 for Sky Talk Anytime Extra but pretty sure this implies that is included in the £41.  Anybody had a similar situation or know where is best to resolve - with Sky not engaging in email, not sure where I could send this?

Thanks

Sky don't generally use email as a means of customer contact. I'd suggest raising a complaint via one of the contact options here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Possibly ambiguous (From the single screenshot alone with no context).

It does say you get 'your Sky Talk Anytime Extra'.  (That I believe means this isn't changing)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
