Cancelled subscription but they are still asking for money 3 months later??

Has anyone experienced this before? Cancelled sky and switched over to EE. Sky keep trying to take money from my account? Thanks

How did you cancel, did you get confirmation?  Did you return hardware?  What services did you 'switch'?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Did you cancel by giving Sky 14 days notice or did you use the switching service to sign up to EE ?

Hi, 

I used EE to switch over, they said they would take care of everything. I had a confirmation text message from sky, saying sorry to hear you are leaving.

I still have the hardware, I'm sure I saw something stating they would send a box out but I'm yet to receive anything.

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription so you need to contact Sky separately to cancel a TV subscription as well.

If you had a TV subscription with Sky then you still have a TV subscription with Sky.  EE cannot cancel that.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
