New Broadband but Sky ID won’t work

Today I set up a new account and ordered new broadband 

but when I went to the app to make my SKYId it said there's already an account with my email 

so I tried to login but then it said there's no product associated with my address

my broadband will be arriving by 13th June and I want to make sure I can use the app and have all info in one place but this login issue is preventing that
