New Account

Hello Community 

 

I'm new here and new to sky, I placed a new order for sky last Wednesday for broadband had a confirmation email and had notification of DD being set up but I haven't heard anything else from sky or when accessing Mysky it states I have no products and no contracts etc.

 

will o hear soon or should o be concerned

See if you can link your account as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

 

If you can't then for an update you will need to call Sky. Usually it can take about 14 days for new broadband connections to be activated.
