New Account Number not in App

Hello,

 

I left Sky in 2025 due to moving in with my partner who was already in contract with another provider.

 

We have both then moved into a new address this month and I have re-joined Sky with the same E Mail address as before. However, when I access the MySky app, it still contains my old account number and old address, and it says I have no bills/produccts etc.

 

I can access the bills for my new account via my TV screeen but not on the app. The Help section of the website sends me in circles without resolution.

 

Please can someone help.

You need to remove the email address from the old closed account then logout of the app and set yourself up a new one using your new account number.
