Netflix

I have a Netflix account with Sky package and been billed for over a year for Netflix as an add on also

Can this be addressed please and credited accordingly

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous   Your question for fellow customers is not clear. Which Sky product do you have, SkyQ, Stream or Glass?

That's rather unlikely.  If the Netflix app on Sky hardware was signed into using the previous Netflix credentials then billing should have moved to the Sky subscription: where that hasn't happened neither Sky or Netflix will accept any liability.
