Have you signed into the Netflix app on a Sky Q box, Glass television set or Stream puck using the pre-existing Netflix credentials?

It's doing this which generates the instruction for Netflix to switch their billing for that account to Sky.

If you haven't done as advised above and instead created a new Netflix account when you first logged in on your Sky device, then you will have ended up with 2 Netflix accounts.

In this scenario you have 2 options:

1. Cancel your "old" Netflix account where you are paying Netflix and just use your new Netflix account

2. Contact Netflix Support and ask them to unlink your Sky account from the "new" Netflix account and then login to your old Netflix account on your Sky device and it will then link your Sky account with your 'old" Netflix account.
