Netflix

Tring to cancel Netflix as I'm not using it but don't know how too. Have tried contacting sky directly but not getting anywhere

Hello

 

Are you subscribed to netflix via sky or do you subscribe with your own payment method ?. If its via sky you will need to contact customer services to have it removed from your sky subscription. If its via your own payment method you can log on to your netflix account and cancel it within the account section. I hope this helps

Hi

It was through sky  a free two month thing. But found I only used it a few times. Trued to cancel before monthly payment started but couldn't. Have tried phoning sky a few times but never getting any answer. Will keep trying them
