Netflix

I have sky ultimate including Netflix, why am I being billed again separately for Netflix?

Did you already have  a  Netflix  account  before  you got sky, if so you need to contact  Netflix  and cancel  the account with them so you are only paying  through  your sky account

Hi @Siman   Are you saying that Sky are charging you twice?

It seems so, I have sky ultimate including Netflix for £35 a month 

Then there is a separate bill for Netflix standard for £ 4-95 a month

That would sound correct. The included tier of Netflix is "standard with ads" so it looks like you have upgrade from standard with ads to standard which would explain the additional monthly charge.

 

If you are happy to be on the "standard with ads" tier you should be able to switch back down to that tier from your My Sky account
