Netflix charge

I have activated Netflix with Sky stream but am still being charged by Netflix. Any advice?

@KathyG  Have you linked the accounts correctly read the article below fully and carefully and follow the instructions

If you have accidentally created a new netflix account instead of linking to your existing one you have 2 options. Either continue with the new account and contact Netflix to cancel your old Netflix account, or contact Netflix and ask them to unlink Sky from your new account which will then allow you to follow the steps provided above to link Sky with your old Netflix account.
