Super Disapponted with Sky customer service !
Hello,
I have signed up for sky bundle on 18th of June whilst signing up for the bundle over the phone, I clearly asked the sales person if the bundle includes Netflix 4k ulta hd and her answer was yes . I received an email saying package includes Netflix with ads, been on the phone with SKY since yesterday no help at all and answer from cancellation team was please go ahead and cancel you sky tv there is nothing we can do.
Cancel or Stay !
Please look into it and let me know the solution .

The Standard With Ads tier is the tier included for "free" as part of your Sky Package. You can easily upgrade Netflix tiers via your MySky account.

I'd suggest that no bundled provider could offer Netflix Premium at the same price as Netflix Standard with Ads.
