Netflix Problem
Hi, I have a strange issue with Netflix at the moment, we cancelled from Sky Stream a few months ago, last payment was in April, I've gone into Netflix and it still says billing is done through Sky. We've had no charge from Sky or Netflix, we've checked banking. I contacted Sky, they say there's no active subscription so there's nothing they can do, and that it's a Sky Steam issue which they don't have access to, and Netflix say to contact Sky. I'm just wondering who is paying for it as we still have access to Netflix, with £1.50 credit waiting from before we linked Sky to Netflix.

It's just a glitch somewhere. I wouldn't worry about it. Netflix aren't going to come chasing you for payment for any months they forgot to bill you correctly for. Just continue to enjoy your free Netflix for as long as it lasts. If they want to start billing you properly then I'm sure they'll alert you when they realise that the £1.50 credit in your account isn't going to cover subscription costs.
I had the same with Discovery+ after I left Sky Stream - I continued to have access to it for months afterwards, despite not paying a penny to them or to Sky. It eventually stopped working after about 9 months and I was never charged.
