Netflix Fraud

My account was hacked and Netflix was added to my account in the early hours of the morning. I was alerted by an email from Sky explaining my 'new package.' A Sky advisor cancelled Netflix for me but more than three days later I can still see the 'elige un perfil' for four users. I'm worried - should I be?
