Need to talk to a supervisor, keep getting the run around from first line support

I went to cancel my TV service back in 5th July, I paid my last month service on 26 July (TV & Broadband),  and agreed to stay with Sky for the offer of 500MB broadband for €35 a month for 12 months. It appears that my TV services were never cancelled (no longer have sky box connected since july) and I wasn't swithched to the broadband tarrif I agreeded. Now my boradband is off beacue Billing are skying I didn't cancel and Custemer Loyality team are sayig its a billing issue!!

I just want to pay for the Broardand service I agreeded to take. I'm also now being charged a reconnection fee for the TV services (which I don't want) to get my broadband reconnected.

I have the who conevesation with Sky in text as I did it all via the text and whatsapp services to keep records. Please someone sort this out. I'm fed up of hearing "I don't have the authority" and must speek to a supervisor, I have asked to speek to the supervisors but apparently thats not allowed. I have logged 2 complaints with Sky (after 10 working days each) and no answers. Please some one sort this mess out!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@DP_MEADE

Complaints can and often do take longer than 10 days. No one here can sort it as we are customers. You need to persevere a bit longer with your complaints to Sky Ireland.
