Hi,
I'm the account holder for the Sky+ HD service for my daughter, and she's just moved flats so need to update the account address. Looked on the website but the "moving home" option suggests an engineer would visit to upgrade to Sky Q which we don't want yet, is there another way of updating the address? Also, do Sky still service Sky+ HD systems, as we have intermittent losses of signal, not caused by rain or anything so suspect the LNB. Would Sky do that or would we be better getting a local independent to have a look?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ifgow Sky no longer sell Sky+HD as it was discontinued a few years ago but will service the dish if thats an issue, if the box fails they may provide a refurb if they have any.
There may be a call out fee of £65.
You'll still need to contact Sky to change the address.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
