Need account number following deceased update given

Recently updated sky that mum died in may , ive gone theough bills cant find any account number information thats 12 digits - whilst they moved over sky stuff in my name - the account details to properly register and therfore set up billing cant be completed

 

ive called up sky and they told me they cant give me the account number over the phone or post it out - so how exactly do i set up billing - do i send them chocolates in the post each month?
