Need a Cheque re issuing

Hi my mother passed away last year and i found a cheque from sky that i hadnt cash in. Went to present it to my bank by phone  the bank rejected it because theu coudnt ,make out the name on the cheque. i though at this stage all clear to go throw pending within my bank. next day got a letter from the bank to say they they couldnt pass it? due to not be able to read it.  

 

Can a new Cheque be re sent? the oid one  i torn up.

couldnt find a contact number.

I take it your mum had an account with Sky, if so did you inform Sky of her passing. If you did then under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Am lost, we did inform of muns passing and I did receive a cheque be i rip it up by mistake hoping that telephone banking would of authorised it but they could make out the name on the cheque.

So I need it re issuing. I haven't got an account with you no more, and I finding it impossible to contact somebody. Can somebody get intoch with me or email me direct.

You're talking to other customers here - not Sky...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As we are customers here you will have to go via the phone route as we can't do anything more for you.
