Name change via deep poll

I've gotten married and changed my name via deed poll however I've no idea how to let sky know this? Everything says you'll need to show evidence but how am I supposed to do that as I can't do that over the phone. The live chat is never working and I can't find an email or anything anyway? No clue what to do.

Sky don't use email as a general method of communication. This link doesn't provide a lot of advice

so give Sky a call when the lines open and ask what the process is for getting the legal proof to them.


To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
