Mysky will not recognise my postcode

Hi there, Tried logging into mysky from last week when I joined but unable to find my postcode.

Your post is a little bit difficult to understand so did you manage to login to the app last week or is today the first time you have tried doing this ?

Oh sorry about that. I joined sky last thursday, was able to login to skygo but not able to login to mysky since i've joined. It comes up with the lets find your postcode page but pops up with an error each time I put my postcode in. I have tried the postcode with a space and no space. Thanks

Sadly this postcode error does get reported on here a bit so the only way to hopefully get this sorted is by speaking to Sky. If you do not want to call there are some social media links at the bottom of this page you could use to get in touch with Sky.
