Cannot sign in to Sky accoutn on sky.com

I am unable to sign in to my sky account on sky.com on my laptop Chrome.
If I try to sign in on the mobile sky app, it says: 'Technical difficulties' after I click 'Sign in'.
If I try to sign in on the laptop browser, it reroutes me back to sky.com home page after clicking 'Sign in'.
I've tried resetting my password, but to no avail.
I'm unable to use the Chat for help because I cannot even sign in.
How do I resolve this?

I am experiencing the same. I also have a message "This account isn't authorised for the My Sky App" when trying to access my account using the My Sky App.

Does it work for you now as I was also seeing the technical issues error on two devices but both are working now.

I had to call Sky customer service to get it resolved.
