MySky account manager invites not sending

I am a new customer and among everything else going wrong (we have been delayed going live by over 2 weeks past our due activation date due to "Open Reach issues") we are also having errors with any correspondence with Sky. I am not receiving texts or emails from Sky with updates nor are my invites to other people on the account going through to them. Can someone please help this get sorted out because this is getting to be worst than my experience with Talktalk and that was some seriously bad service.
